We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Speediance experience, you can return your unit for a refund, subject to our return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Repackaging

  Securely pack the device and all accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  We will coordinate with a freight partner to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
